Howdy, We hope you and your families are safe and everything is going well. This letter is to inform all owners of Fox Run Condos that the pool will be open starting May 22,2020.
- If you think you may have been exposed to Covid-19 or are exhibiting symptoms (cough, fever, tiredness, difficulty breathing) please do not enter the pool area.
- The Homeowner Association wants all homeowners to know that they voluntarily assume risk/responsibility of possible exposure.
- The Pool usage capacity is 25% and it is recommended that you bring your own sanitizer and wipe down anything you touch.
- Safety is the Water Wood Homeowners Associations number one concern for all our residents and owners so be mindful of social distance.
- Be sure to wear a mask (recommended).
- Be sure you are taking part in helping the community to help slow the spread of the coronavirus.
