Property walked every Tuesday. City trash pickup every Tuesday and Friday. Bulk trash pickup occurs once weekly or as needed. Landscaping/Irrigation on Mondays. Pool Maintenance once weekly (Nov – Feb) or twice weekly (Mar – Oct). Please contact Equity Real Estate with any questions/concerns.
